oh im the same with grey lol!!!! getting i dyed next thursday and my new nails put on with purple sparkly tips ready for my birthday night out next friday (yes i know its late!)
well morning people, sun is shining and so were my scales this morning. happy bunny
took hannah to groomers first thing, will pick her up at twelve then go to the bank and then drop hannah off home and feed the little uns.
had someone who wanted to buy doris but ive turned them down. lots of reasons and boy do i feel cruel but the dog is my priority at the end of the day.
no sorting tonight just playing on my laptop i think and if the weather holds ill take girls out for a walk after work.
B - bacon egg and mushies
L - corned beef and mayo salad (mixed leaves and cucumber) bacon bits
D - 2 lamb steaks, goats cheese grilled with some spinach and cabbage
s- maybe a babybel depends what time i get to eat lunch
w - 2-3 litres plus black coffee

Mmm that sounds good. I love corned beef even though I feel I shouldn't.

Is he the Daddy? Yes I got some ketostix from Amaxon.I tried them a few times and was quite pink but never got to the very top end of the scale.

the stix dont need to be dark pink, that shows you arent drinking enough fluids. any change on the sticks shows you are in ketosis, just depends how much you drink/exercise to burn them off x
Of course, Elvis would have to be the Daddy
Just had a picture in my head of 2 daschunds aking babies - not the most ergonomic procedure?So I am in ketosis if I am a fair way up the scale, and the drink/exercise does what - burn the fat?

even if the stick changes from the 0 ketones one (its usually white/cream) to the slightest pink you are in ketosis. Drinking water and exercising gets rids of excess ketones and therefore your stick wont go the darkest pink. I was reading last night that even after we get into ketosis in the first couple of days it actually takes around 2 weeks for the body to go into total fat burning mode. another good reason not to come out of ketosis every weekend...you are doing yourself no good and your body wont burn the fat as well as it could(says she!)
