Morning people.
freezing up here but gloriously sunny. not being so good this weekend have i lol.
Got up early this morning and did 10 min stepper, shake weight and 90 leg masters. will be doing my run/walking later for about 25 mins. Have got my timer now so will start off with 3 min walk- 30 secs run repeated 7 times. (doesnt sound like much but i need to start off like this!)

D - chicken with pepperoni and chilli brie and leafy greens
w - 3 litres + and black coffees
ex - 10 mins stepper, 90 leg masters and shake weight. 25 mins walk/run later.
