Monday...already???? cant believe it. well im off tomorrow got physio at ten thirty then 2nd interview at 4.
dont know whether to take hannah for a scan..what do you think. she is massive.
 
well they will only tell me one, two or many so i suppose it aint really much help anyway!
 
Oh poo. Can they see if they are alive and well? If not then id say give it a miss hun, i think we know!

40 mins of exercise down. 120 thigh master, 75 sit ups (ouch) 30 mins step and lots of arm exercises with weights!!! feel fab!!!!
 
morning ladies.
not at work today..busy busy
Physio at half ten, job agency at 1.45 and interview at 4, then home for tea then mums cos its her birthday!
wanted a lie in - but no chance!!!!
going to do my exercise now (although i really cant be arsed) so i get it out of the way. then get showered and brekkie before physio then back to put my slap and suit on!!!!!

20 min step, 80 sit ups and 60 leg masters (my inner thighs are hurting)
prob about 15-20 min walk going places today if not more

Hello Vicky and just caught up on my reading here... I love the way you set yourself targets and goals on the exercise front and I think it's really good for the "after diet" period that exercise is now such a part of your life.

We all know that weight is an "easy come off easy go back" thing but IF we can also accept that we need to make some form of exercise our daily bread (hee hee!) irrespective of whether we're actively dieting or not, all will be better in our respective gardens.

So GO GIRL! (I think what I'm trying to say is "exercise more to be able to eat more!!")
