well thats settled. im starting low fat low carb (i nearly wrote low fart) on sunday (gives me time to cook and organise and go shopping). ill carry on with conso until then. and not low low carb, what carbs do you think i should have as target? and fat and calories? or i could just go by myfitness pal?
 
Wow linz, you lost that much from doing that? Maybe its worth a try after all. I do love my food to much though. What have you been eating/drinking then
 
Hmmm i think 30 carbs is plenty and you'll probaby struggle to eat them. let me know what you decide on though. i never could get the hang of that fitnesspal

I would say the carb levels are way too high on myfitness pal. you can adjust them tho, maybe try 50g carbs per day as thats normally a good maintenance level & see how you get on? I wouldn't worry to much about cals coz if yr low fat/carbing yr cals will naturally drop. I would just suggest not eating anything with more than 5-10g fat per 100g. It'll be trial & error really until you hit yr stride. xx

Yesterday I had natural yogurt for breakfast, chocolate low carb shake for lunch, low carb cream of leek soup for dinner & a sero bar for a snack plus 4 litres of water & 3 pints of lemon & ginger tea!

Cals 527, Carbs 22, Fat 8, Protein 54, Fibre 20. I wouldn't suggest going that low for day to day tho.

Today is Cals 554, Carbs 17, Fat 3, Protein 76, Fibre 15.

My stomach does feel very sloshy tho!!

Yes i think ill go for 50 max. ill change my fitness pal now. and ive pretty much got everything under 10% fat. Ill be making my sausage and egg muffins with from frais not cream. same sort of thing.
 
ooh im all excited :D shopping done. fitnesspal goals changed. now just need to sit down on sunday and work out all my menus on fitness pal so im not going over carbs!

I've no idea Jo... its crazy isn't it! Been checking out alot of American websites & books & the people who have successfully kept their weight off after wls all low carb! I was planning to anyway as its what I know & love. x

you log your daily food and exercise :D its a good way for me to keep track of what i eating x

pretty big steps here! i tried just fitness pal its a good way to keep track and seems to have alot of success stories!! im just to lazy to blog now!!

Im doing healthy eating for a bit! maybe i should fitness pal it aswell.. hmmmmmmmmm
