ooh forgot to say, the cleaning lady at work just said - have you lost weight. i said 'yes ive lost around 3 stone this year' omg how proud of myself am I? ok it may have taken a year but thats great!
she was asking if it was weight watchers - i said noooo atkins, and if she likes meat, cheese and veg its better than silly other diets
