Chippin away at it
Well Im a newbie so thought Id keep a diary of my food, feel free to correct anything Im doing wrong 
Day 1
Breakfast- 35g cornflakes-cup of tea
Snack- apple
Lunch- Chicken curry (made from herbs spices tinned toms, mushrooms, onions, peppers and natual fat free yogurt) & bolied basmati rice
Tea- Spag bol (el mince tinned toms and herbs) with dried cooked spaggetti
Healthy Ex A- 250ml ss milk
Healthy EX B- 35g cornflakes
syns- spinkle of grated cheese on my spag bol = 4 syns
Popadom= 3 syns
