Well I am going to try a different way of keeping an eye on what I'm eating as well as having some ideas to look back on when I get stuck and can't think of what to have for lunch, tea etc....
So here goes....
Monday
Milk HEA
B - Omelette with Mushrooms, onions and ham
L - J.pot with cottage cheese, chicken and salad (pic)
D - Syn free spag bol (Ex lean mince, tin toms, passata, garlic, herbs, onions, carrots and mushrooms) served with side salad and smash made flat bread (See pic)
Could someone please let me know if they are syned as cannot see why, but could always be wrong!


Also had 2 pink and whites which came to 5 syns. All in all a good day.
