    What a lovely place to find, i am loving it already but i am having problems adding a picture and viewing my own page so i can see what my ticker looks like and if i have added it correctly!!

    Any help much appreciated.

    When you are a newbie you have restricted access please see post below.

    To add your weight ticker to your signature go into User CP and click on edit signature and post the bb code for your weight ticker into the signature box, then save.

    I seem to be stuck at this weight though and i don't know why?? My husband came upto bed with two beef burgers last night and offered me one, I was so tempted because with hitting a plateau i sometimes think "what is the point" but i resisted!!! Feel better for it this morning and so glad i said no as i know i would have been gutted this morning. Onwards and upwards eh.
