Violet's exercise diary

Ok ladies after a great start with my exercise I have let it slide... This is not exceptable!! So I have started this diary in the hopes it will keep me on track. I am aiming to do 30 mins (at least) 5 times a week.
PLEASE PLEASE post on here and tell me off if you haven't seen me post in here on my exercise days :-D

My plan is:-

Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Friday
Saturday (or Sunday)

Saturday and Sunday may swap and change each week as on one of those days we take the dogs on a mega walk (usual at least 4 hours through woods and hills etc) so I will do the workout on the day we don't take them for that.

What kind of exercise do you do?I walk my dog,and am planning to do 15 min (to start off with) on my exercise bike.
Well done on your losses,thats great,31lb loss is amazing:)

I have been doing 30 mins of the biggest loser work out on my kinect and when I can 15 mins pilates and 15 mins of yoga as well :)
I am rubbish on a execise bike lol x
 
Hiya Violetfire :) well done for your losses so far. I've been doing the cycling bit as I've damaged my foot, so can't do weight bearing exercise atm. Keeping a journal is a fab way to keep on track x x x
 
I'd love that game,got a wii instead so can't have it I don't think.Thats alot of exercise-you put me to shame.My exercise bike is ok but had to get a different seat cause it killed my bum lol.
 
I got an uber comfy seat for my proper bike and it was the BEST move I made ;) means I'm going out on the bike more often than before now. I am finding that I'm loving doing the exercising and that is what's the biggest change in my life atm. Keep doing well ladies :) x x x
 
I start on monday! :) today I have been giving the house a massive clean (moveing ALL the furniture etc) and been through all my clothes and removed the things that are to big and put them in bags to go either in the bin, on ebay or to the charity shop :)
 
MONDAY:-
30mins full body work out.

Felt quite ill yesterday so didn't do any yoga or pilates. Will try and do some tonight. I am also going to start recording how many cals (according to the kinect game) I have burned each session as extra motivation :)
 
TUESDAY-
30mins full body work out, 10 mins pilates and 10 yoga!

180 cal burnt
 
Wednesday-

Fail :-( got so wrapped up in sorting wedding stuff out by the time I realise it was bed time :-(
Can't even make up for it tonight as I don't get home from work till 4.30, got the wedding ring designer's rep coming for a meeting at 5/5.30 then off out to a 2 hour session of dog training so won't be home until 10pm
 
Well done!Keep up the great work.Isn't that one of the best feelings in the world,getting rid of clothes cause too big:D x
 
right 30 mins full body done today (plus an hour dog walk)

burnt 140 cal during the work out :D
