Virgin Media and Sky have made friends again!!!! Consequently Virgin Media customers will be able to view sky channels again from 13th November 2008!!!!!!!

Pity VM's customer service is so crap that I changed to Sky as Sky One was my fave channel anyway, etc...bah to VM they SUCK!

Sky customer service is the worst large company's customer service I have ever come across. If it wasn't for the fact that I love all my sky channels, I would sack them off right now!

I prefer the way Sky have dealt with me than VM by far...maybe it depends on the agents dealing with one at the time, most of the VM ones were awful, apart from the one on the call where I was leaving VM ha!
