Vit supplements

    Can anyone reccomend a really good multi vit maybe with minerals too to use on a vlcd??

    I would have thought that any multi vit and mineral with 100% RDA of everything you need would be fine. I've always thought that vits are like medicines, where the base drugs are the same and you're merely paying extra for branding? I generally just use a supermarket own brand one as long as they're not sugar coated.

    The best vitamin and mineral to use are pre-natal ones, or tesco do a very good women's one, they also don't contain vitamin A

    So, if you are on packs with 100% Vit A in, I would get the pre-natal ones if I wanted to use a back up, so you wont be taking too much vit A
