Vitamin C Tablets

I take Vit C tablets every day. Probably completely unnecessarily now I'm eating properly, but it's a habit. They are the effervescent ones, and help with fluid intake too. Are there any syns attached does anyone know.

I asked this question at SW group way back when I started the plan, and about other medication I was taking, and although she couldn't give me specific "syn" values on each tablet etc., I was told that a single vitamin tablet won't effect my weightloss in any way - especially if it is something I was taking before I started with the plan and kept taking - hope this helps?
