Is vitamin C yes or no on this diet?

My joint supplement has it and i dont know, is it allowed or not.

I would like to also take collagen in tablets , but it's also with vit C.

Not sure does it containe citric acid or not?

Not gonna see my pharmacist till friday.

    Anyone knows the answer?

No idea about the collagen, but I think the vit C in supplements comes from ascorbic acid. As to whether that would kick you out of ketosis, I don't know :-/

MissD I have just carried on taking my various pills and supplements, just be careful if you need to take anything with food....I have anti-inflamatories for my arthritis and I have to take a gastric inhibitor before I take them now in order to prevent stomach bleeds.

    Hi MissDesperate
Be careful with the Vit C. We are to avoid all citrus. Ascorbic acid (vit c) is in all citrus. I'm sure it will put you out of ketosis. But check with pharmacy to be on safe side.

I have no idea either MissDesperate, but is it possible for you to ring either your pharmacist, or as a last resort, Lipotrim themselves?
