Vitamin Supplements

Likes food too much!
Hey, just wanted to see if anyone is taking any vitamin supplements whilst on the diet? I was thinking of taking some as a pick me up because last time I remember feeling quite run down the first few days of the diet.
 
No, three packs a day gives you all the vitamins and minerals you need. Feeling bad in your first few days is normal as your body gets used to no carbs and having less calories. It all gets better once you are in ketosis.
 
I do actually take some, I take some that targets nails, hair and skin. I just had a baby and, my hair is falling out anyway and hair loss seems to also a side effect of this diet so I'm trying to minimise that. Body will expel any excess vitamins anyway so no harm done
 
I take a multi vitamin, and the supplement for hair growth, what your body doesn't need ends up in your urine anyway...
I have the same problem on this diet with my hair not growing back...
But i've been told thats down to calorie restriction..
