I take a multi vit and a omega 3 fish oil Caz.

i read in the very old book i think it was to also take l-glutamine aswell, i think he also said you have to be careful what is added to them to make sure it doesnt hinder your weight loss !!!, i am still debating whether to take any or not and whether they are really necessary :-s

I don't have the book anymore Maz, and I can't really remember the med's section that well.

I've stocked up on my vits - I rattle every mealtime now LOL. I'm sure it will cause weight gain with the weight of them :D
