Hi there

I would like to start taking some vitamins. Cab anyone recommend one that isn't too hard or big to swallow ? The book says get vitamins without Iron does anyone know why and is there anything we specifically need ?

I had my bloods done recently and my iron count was really good as I eat loads of greens but it might be difficulty to find a supplement without iron

Many thanks

B

Check you mister "senior" Dr. Atkins mentions in his book about the caritine (sp.) I couldn't find it so just got the Q10, do you think it helps?

Think so yeah I mean my energy is up etc :)

A multivitamin is typically large. You can get the chewable for that is much easier to take but may be tough to chew. I like to custom design my vitamin and supplement by taking what I need. Some of the foods I eat usually fulfill some of my daily recommendation certain minerals and vitamins. I also watch my food intake extremely closely and document what nutrients I consume. It is a lot of work, even with the great aps out there that do most of the work for you.
