30 day plank challenge

Day 1 - 1min 20 secs - done
Day 2 - 3 x 30 sec planks - done
Day 3 - rest day
Day 4 - 4 x 30 sec planks - done

Day 1 - normal plank - 1min 20 secs - done
Day 2 - 3 x 30 sec planks - done
Day 3 - rest day
Day 4 - 4 x 30 sec planks - done
Day 5 - 3 x 30sec side planks each side - Done
Day 6 - rest day
Day 7 - normal plank - 1 min 39 secs - done and improvement on day 1!
 
I was just reading all this as I love to exercise when I have time. My plan for the first 2 weeks is to just continue with my 30-40min walk (with the pushchair) each day. I walk quite fast but it isn't strenuous. Then after ive settled into the plan I will asses how I feel and how much more I can handle.
I love pilates. So I would wanna start that again
