    Well it's another 3lbs off!! I'm consistent if nothing else!! To be honest as nice as it would be to lose 5 and 6lb per week, i'm good with 3. It's still more than I'd be loosing with any other diet I've tried!! x

    Hi Andie, Well done on another loss!

    I am just a bit curios and hope you don't mind me asking but, why is it that people like yourself do not keep a running programme of your weekly WIs?
    I would have thought that it would be much more inspiring to be able to view your WIs in one fell swoop such as in a diary fashion instead of seperate postings each week.

    I see that there is a section for Exante Diaries anyway. - just a thought..
