    Some are and some have a small syn value.
    If you want the syn value of a specific brand then please post in the syn value sub forum.

    I think this may be a question of "you get what you pay for". If it is good quality lean ham, thinly sliced, then that should be fine.

    If it is some kind of "reformed" ham, then whatever they glue it together with may well have some syns.

    Not necessarily. The ham i buy isn't the best (but is seriously nom for a snack on EE or Red day) and is "cheap", but it is syn free :)
