Wafers

They count as one of the 3/4 a day. They can't be used as a snack as the carbs are too high to have that in addition to the packs. There are 2 wafers in a pack and you are supposed to have them at different times during the day to balance out the carbs as they are higher in calories / carbs (as a pack of 2) than the other packs. People don't tend to have them every day. Some people have them once a week as a treat.
 
Must admit I don't have them - too sweet for me and I prefer the bars, and you can't have a bar and wafers on the same day.
