Hi guys
I'm fairly new to the plan and I was just wondering really.. If you have a night out and wake up late the next day (I'm talking around midday) or even if you just have a lie in and wake up late... Do you still have all three meals?!
I feel like fitting all three meals in what is a 'shorter' day sometimes is impossible and I don't see how it would aid weight loss!
Just wanted some opinions please as I'm struggling to find what is the best thing to do!
