WANTED: Chinese recipes please!!

I love love love chinese food, and am looking for some different chinese recipes rather than just chicken stir fry !!

Can anyone provide me with any low syn chinese recipes?? I only really eat chicken and pork, but can adapt any recipes you have.

Or, if any of you could provide me with the syn values for any chinese sauces from chinese supermarkets?

google chinese food in minutes, alot of the recipes on there are easily adaptable and delicious, it was a programme on channel 5 a while ago but is also on a sky channel (not sure which sorry)
