Step away from the cake..
I honestly thought most of the hard work was done after the first - hellish - week, but not so! I fell off the wagon big style yesterday. Back on track today, but have been reading a lot of threads and apparently it's common to struggle around this time. I think I might have faired better if I'd been prepared and loaded up the distractions. So my advice to anyone around this point - be prepared! Forewarned is forearmed!
