finding my way again !
here's something that just happened to me at work that tickled us & thought might amuze some of you.
Whilst doing the night drug round i ask the patient "have you any pain, do you need any painkillers", well i get to this one chap & ask the question, to which he repies
"No, but then there are no elephants outside the window either"
A warning to all you who like a tipple, this is what alcohol does to your brain !!!!
