I haven't hardly eaten for the past week. Nothing much at all.
I have not been hungry. No belly rumbling. Still doing 3 zumba sessions a week. I was baffled as to why I havent been eating alot.

Well I used my ketosis sticks and thats what it was. I was in ketosis and didnt even realise. No side effects nothing. I am feeling great. I know zoes diet isnt about ketosism but il if im it eating cheese cream berries fatty meats im loving this its like an added bonus! Im on a multivitamin now mind you.as I worry the eating less will effect my intake. So yeah good times :)
