Cruise PV Wasbi Meatloaf


Not very good at this!

1 cooked cauliflower
500g extra lean mince
1 red pepper
1 red onion
1 tspn wasabi powder

Combine all the ingrdients, mashing the cauli well and bake for about half an hour.

It came out quite loose, so you could try less cauli or perhaps adding an egg or some oatbran to combine.

It did however taste delicious (although not that much wasabi coming through - maybe I didn't mix it very well so the next lot I have will be really strong! )

This made 2 meatloaves.
