Hi All, I had a stay the same week this week. At least I did not gain. I do not know why I did not lose but feel it may well be down to portion sizes. I reckon I have been getting a bit relaxed on how much I put on the plate. I'm eating the right kind of foods but perhaps having too much. Like, one day I should have had 30g apricots(2 or 3) for a snack but had about 10 or 12. That sort of thing!!
Also my dinner plate gets piled a bit high. Whilst I eat the right foods, I need to eat less of them!!! The calories mount up I guess. I think I'll weigh things a bit more for a few days just to keep on track this week.
