    I have discovered some yummy water - however although nil carbs has a small amount of citric acid - am I allowed it - nothing really answers this in the books - I've enclosed piccies of it

    it stalls some, but not others, you'll have to try it, hope for the best and see if it effects you. if i remember correctly you're quite new to atkins so perhaps wait a couple of weeks so you can figure out what your average losses seem to be, to compare :)

    Atkins, low carb, low cal(ish), low fat(ish)
    Agree with MM... Best to eat and drink as pure as possible in the early stages ... Then it's trial and error
