Water and more water

My stuff arrived today so both me and my wife are starting tomorrow.

in preparation for this I've been trying to get the water down today. I've managed 2.5 Lt, and trying to drink 3 liters today. This on it's own at the moment seems to be a gargantuan task.

I'm sure it'll be easier in days to come?

I find adding water flavourings really help. I down 3L easily without even thinking! Go them from a Cambridge diet counsellor who was happy to oblige :) xx

i find it easier to drink water thats not too cold. straight from the fridge i really struggle, but if i leave it out its not such a chore.

I don't like it cold too. I don't mind if there is very sunny and hot weather but not at the moment. So I just keep my water next to me - small bottle and 2L one in the kitchen, but not in the fridge. This way keeps me drinking all the time, instead of eating all the bad habit stuff I used to have under my hand ready and tempting...
