Hello All

I was just wondering if it will be ok to use a water balance tablet ( a traditional herbal remedy) to help relieve water retention.

What do you think, i have checked the ingredients and there is no mention of citric acid.

I know the Lipotrim rule says just drink the shake and water, but i just wondered if taking this tablet is a NO! NO!!

Look forward to your replies.

Many thanks

i asked my pharm about other vits and supplements yesterday, same thing, no carbs or citric acid listed, and he said best not to. he said they could have been binded with something that affects ketosis.

he said to stick to keeping it simlpe, not to risk changing anything, and go back to prefered supplements afterwards.

not worth taking the risk.

you could try dendelion tea if its made with the leaves as we can have leaf tea, also i think peppermint is a diuretic. also drinking loads of water helps get rid of water retention.

good luck

thanks for that information msblonde guess i will stop using them then, dont want anything slowing my weightloss.

I guess i just have to keep drinking the water then.:)
