Hi,
I'm on Exante Total Solution and have been doing great for over 4 weeks and the other day started to feel really bad and after some reading, it seems as though I need an electrolyte supplement (Too much water and gardening). The choice is overwhelming online, so I'm asking here in the hope that someone can recommend one that won't kick me out of ketosis. I was going to ask on the exante forum but no one ever replies there!
P.S. I just rang Exante and they told me to drink a bottle of Lucozade sport, but looking at the ingredients, it's got citric acid and loads of sugar in it and we can't have that, can we?
