Step 1 Sole Source Water flavourings....

Hi, any tips for using this? Am so fed up with plain water or black coffee/tea so got some orange flavouring but tastes grainy & far too sweet although only using a tiny bit in the water so any tips or ideas wld b g8 thanks.

P.s.been told that a little milk in tea won't effect weight loss, just wondered if others agreed with this or not?

I use the berry one as its really nice. I have 3lts of it a day!!! You can also make them into ice lollies or as a warm drink. I have skimmed milk in my coffee for my allowance xoxo
 
It depends if you're on sole source or not. I've been told by my consultant that milk is defo the one thing that will take you out of ketosis. I stay away from it.
If I'm drinking coffee ill put some of the ready made chocolate velvet in the coffee and it becomes like a mochachino. If I'm at home ill save the rest of the shake in the fridge to drink later or add some more to another coffee.
