water getting boooooreing

any1 got any ideas on drinks water doing my head in nar. does any1 know is soda water is ok when ur on LT cos im on my 4 days of work now and used to having a drink while im sat watchin a dvd HELP

hiya i drink soda water all the time especially when i'm in the pub and its not caused any probs with my losses

I drink soda water in the pub, I really enjoy it now.
I could have tonic this week, as I'm refeeding for a holiday, but enjoy it so much, I'm sticking with it!

I'm totally the opposite, I'm sitting here thinking I'm addicted to water! I drink constantly. And yes I know that too much is not good for you!
