I'd be interested to know this too!

I was the same at first 2 1/2 was my limit but now I'm drinking over 4 and could drink constantly if it wasn't for the constant need for the loo!!

I'm fed up lugging litres home from the supermarket so I've done a tesco online order for 40 bottles of evian. It stops me having to deal with food temptation in store and saves my back - my garage is going to be like a water tank storing it though!

I invested (well before this diet) in a water cooler for the house .. it's super .. 19 litres per drum, (i have 4 on the go) and the man brings them in and everything .. might be worth considering!! Works out WAY cheaper than going to Tescos or wherever!!

    Oh that's a FANTASTIC idea!
    Who do you use?
I've just added it up and I probably spend at least £12 per week on water!

it is odd that the more water u drink, the more ur body wants it!

i drink 4litres a day, always struggled but now find i feel often dry and wanting more.

i invested in a britafilter. only costs £4 a month for fresh, clean water!!
