Hi guys, feel like im spamming the board a bit today so sorry
the 4 lit max is that inc the water i mix with shakes?

2-4 litres on top of your shakes etc iirc

4 lts then plus what ever in ur shakes i was told, think u can include the coffee and tea to that 4lt, but more u drink the more u shift

yep i agree i have 3 litre water and have one or two pepermint teas and coffees and then have my shakes with 6 ice cubes and 250ml water..hth .x
