I normally have around 2 litres of water a day! I was wondering if it's a better idea to up this or if this is enough?
How much do you aim to drink daily?

Hiya - I drink 2 litres of water at my desk but I also have a number of herbal teas which bump it up a little.
Also if I'm running in the evening I'll carry another bottle with me. It really depends on how much I can physically take, sometimes I feel like it's all sloshing around too much in there!
Two to three litres is what I aim for. I find it really helps keep me on track. I have 500 mls at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I then sip another litre or so through the day.
I've read that 80% of the time we feel hungry it is water that our bodies ate looking for.
