Water question

    Sorry for all the questions

    Am i allowed to put a little bit of robinsons no added sugar squash into my water to make it a little bt more interesting, i don't like the flavoured powders from CD and am finding plain water a bit mundane

    I wouldnt, you could try perfectly clear apple and kiwi as that has no citric acid but be careful x

    I too hated water at first, I've never drunk the stuff before cd. I always had Robinsons Barley no added sugar.
    I used to have the cd water flavourings but it made my REFLUX kick off big time (heat burn) so had to give it a miss.

    I was drinking tap water and hated it so my cdc advised me to buy EVIAN and now I do so, and the water intake has become easier for me. I have it cold out of the fridge and now manage to drink quite well on most days anyway.

    hope you get on ok with it, it takes time if you don't usually like it.

    I certainly wouldnt use Robinsons though, deffo not.
