    Water or to be scientific H20, i really am not drinking enough and to be honest i should know better after my stint on cambridge.

    I must drink more fluid not coffee

    Im not losing weight have been mostly good no swiss rolls this week anyway so surly it must be my lack of the good stuff.

    I know what you mean water is soooooooooooooo boring.
    My instuctor advised me & my sister to drink the fizzy stuff instead.
    Anything is worth a try.
    Just keep on the plan

    we were told that any low-cal/zero cal stuff is fine. but make sure you have your b-choices for the fibre, i get more bunged up on red days, so make sure i have my weatabix and wholemeal toast on those days.

    i have a diet coke addiction now.
