Just wondering if 3 litres of water is enough plus the 3 shakes? As I want to loose as much weight as possible
 
Drinking more than the maximum of 4L of water per day doesn't make you lose weight any quicker but it can do you harm though as it flushes away all the necessary minerals/natural salts that your body needs but you can get water poisoning so I'd stick to 4L max.
 
I think you know when you are having the correct amount, I feel rubbish if I don't have enough :)
 
It would probably still be dry if you drank 16 litres. One of the unfortunate side effects of Lipotrim x
