Hi Guys
Thicko here again....
I'm nearly at the end of my 1st week on cd - i have been going to the loo literally every 15 mins due to the amount of water im drinking... iv been told that this settles down after week one. if this is the case, does that mean the weight loss really slows down after week one?
also, i have seen someones recipes for muffins, mousses etc.... when am i allowed to eat these?

Hi Sam;

Your body will get used to the water intake, and your trips to the loo will get fewer and fewer. I drink 4+ litres a day, every day, and I go to the loo only 3 times on average. I must admit though, that when I do go I pee like a racehorse :)
