1.5-2 litres is just recomended, the more u drink the more u will lose. Just dont drown yourself!!

I'm a big water drinker and on some days can drink up to about 4 litres so it's just as well that we are not limited. x

its not just water that we can drink, the 1.5-2ltres is fluid...not water. all drinks contribute LOL.

I hate water, I can just manage to down a small glass a few times a day. Coke and coffee help me hundered percent.

Yeah I should have said liquid lol. I have introduced myself to some SF drinks the last couple of days and its been so nice! Feels naughty xD
