    Another question. How did we all find the getting into drinking 3/4 litres of water a day?

    Is it true that the more water you drink the more you shrink?

    I just love your name where did you get the idea??!!

    Yes, I truly believe that the more water that you drink the more lbs you will loose. I aim to drink at least 6 litres a day. On average I loose anything between 3-5 lbs per week. I wont hurt you so if I was you I would drink as much as you can!!
    My LLC suggested it and said that she has been doing this counselling for 5 years and see's the results with her clients.

    I find that drinking warm water is easier, especially in work
