Yes, I truly believe that the more water that you drink the more lbs you will loose. I aim to drink at least 6 litres a day. On average I loose anything between 3-5 lbs per week. I wont hurt you so if I was you I would drink as much as you can!!
My LLC suggested it and said that she has been doing this counselling for 5 years and see's the results with her clients.
