Does anyone know if this is ketogenic. Look forward to a slice when on holidays but want to stay as close to w/s diet as possible when I am away.

135g WM flesh = 45 cals and 11.5g Carbs so not that bad.

Hope that helps, I think everything in moderation is my plan when I get to the maintaining stage.
 
Thanks Niennor I've been looking it up & from what I can make out it should be ok. As you say as long as its in moderation. I'd much rather have WM after dinner rather than start ruining all the hard work by having something loaded with carbs.
