We need a sticky for herbs/spices can/cant have!

    I have noticed how many threads there are, asking if a so&so herb or spice is ok to have or not! :eek:

    It would be lovely to have a sticky as a quick reference so we can check up on if we are thinking of adding something to one of our recipies or shakes/soups!

    Could one be compiled if all those in the know added as to whats safe and isnt added ??

    It would be so helpful and be of benefit to all those like myself.

    I agree! I had ground ginger last night before I found out it wasnt allowed. :eek: But boy was it yummy with vanilla shake and cinnamon! Decadent!

    It could be divided into 3 sections-ones that are allowed, ones that are a definate NO NO, and ones that you have to be careful with.
