Weary of lipotrim

Hi everyone, I'm starting lipotrim in 2 days. I'm just lookimg for some info. I'm going for surgery in 1 month 3xactly and need to lose 12 more pound for it. I've been eating well for around 5 months and lost 2 stone but last few weeks my weights just not moving at all and I'm now desperate and I ate barely any calories for one week and didn't loose even 1/2 a pound so I'm afraid lipotrim is gonna be the same I've gathered a lot of the weight is water weight in first week but what if I haven't much water to lose has anyone been on a diet just before starting lipotrim and had it work? Thanks
