Hints and tips:
Drink plenty of fluids, make sure you track everything you eat (as my weight watcher leader says "if you bite it write it", make your zero point soup for when you get hungry, it will take your a while to get use to all the points in the foods you eat, what I did when I started was got an A4 page and wrote down all the foods I like and the points and stuck the page on the inside of the food press, this was a lot quicker to find the food points then looking in the books all the time, take it one day at a time and you will lose the weight for your wedding good luck.
