No Wednesday Weighers this week? ;)

Well, I lost a pound. I was hoping for a pound and a half to get my 2 stone sticker but at this stage I am happy for any weight loss. Only 2 pounds to target and I was hoping to get there by Christmas, but if not I will get there by year end, which is my goal.

I weighed in, half a lb off. Not wonderful but its a loss and frankly im surprised it wasnt a gain after my verrry bad week. I am 2.5lbs away from my club 10 now so am aiming to have that by the end of the year.

Me...1lb off as well. Pleased with that considering the munching/lack of planning/meals/wine this week!!! I think upping my body magic has really helped.

I lost 1.5lb this week - just a 1lb to go to hit that 2 stone! aiming for it next week, not got alot on that should spoil it so we'll see!

I Love this feeling, and never thought id care if i were 9 stone somthing, but i do!!! and i wanna stay 9 stone somthing. Damn it!

hoping for half or 1 lb off next week then see what happens over xmas!! x

Well i plucked up the courage to go to weigh-in and I maintained - over the moon because my eating these past two weeks has not been up to much!

30 day shred starts soon - looking forward to it!

I lost 3lbs this week, got Slimmer of the Week and won a Slow Cooker in the raffle !! omg I am so relieved because I really felt heavier and hadn't been keeping track of what I was eating. I didn't eat anything that wasn't on Green but I just felt that I hadn't done well. Phew :)

lol @ Alcoholiday - I've been known to do that...remove as much as possible, down to my socks and specs...to make the scales settle on the lower number! It all adds up.

I am gutted, I put on a pound. I was shocked - I'd had an on-plan, good week! This is the first time I've gained whilst sticking to the plan so I'm really down about it. I might have expectedand accepted a STS as I'm a slow loser with not much to lose but to GAIN!! I am really annoyed because I have worked so hard to lose every single pound I've lost, I HATE having to lose one twice!
Really can't explain it.... Not time of the month (and even if it was I would expect to sTS not gain), not muscle as I don't really exercise really (shame on me, I know)........
As a result, I have ditched the time-limits on my targets (for Club ten which was three pounds away and now is four - I had wanted it for Christmas) and my overall target which was for 17th March. I didn't really feel the time-limits were constructive for me anyway as I had faith that the plan, would do its magic, as long as I stuck to it, whenever it ought to happen. (My faith is shaken a bit now but I will try to get over it)
Last night, after weigh-in, I went off plan but not majorly and I allowed myself to for the first time in months (and was planning to do so regardless of weigh-in result) I didn't even enjoy it. What I do enjoy is the feeling of satisfaction of stciking to plan and being rewarded for my hard work. I didn't get that satisfaction last night and I'm really disappointed. Even feel fatter now!
Today I'm back on it and will try to introduce more variety this coming week and hope to get the pound off again next week (at least! but knowing me a STS could be likely!)
I just need to pick my morale up off the floor first.... Boo hoo!

Biggysmalls, I know how it can knock your confidence when you know you've stuck to the plan 100% but still STS (or even put on). Please don't lose faith, it is working. This could be one of those weeks when you have lost inches rather than pounds xx
