    Green today

    B 2 x alpen light bars hexb and a muller light, ss milk for coffee hexa

    L Low fat super noodles with 2 x ww danish hexb and 2 tsp low fat spread 2 sins

    D Jacket potato with 5 x laughing cow light hexa and salad, other slice of ww danish and 1 tsp of low fat spread 1 sin

    Snacks will be fruit

    3 litres of water and might try to get to the gym

    Morning everyone, back at work today thank goodness!!

    B: Oat so simple (1B)
    L: Supernoodles (free), yogurt (free)
    D: Potato wedges (free) and Vegetable chilli (free)

    S: Wotsits (5.5 syns) and an Oreo cookie (need to look up), plus loads of fruit and water.

    Morning all, running a bit late today. Found out after suffering in agony the last 3 weeks that it's just IBS so will need to watch what I eat for a while and have to try going off wheat for a week! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! LOL

    B: tea, nuts, seeds, HE B, fruit
    L: Porridge HE B, banana
    D: Salad, salmon flakes, new potatoes

    S: mullerlight, meringue, banana, berries
    E: none today
    W: 3 litres
