D: Quorn mince taco lettuce wraps .5 syn for seasoning, .5 syn salsa, Grated half fat cheese (HE A), creme fraiche 1.5 syns

S: celery sticks, banana, Scanbran carrot cake 3 syns
Total syns for the day 5.5
E: 1 hour walking
W: 2 litres

Hey Steph, i think we're on the same red-green cycle as it's red for me today too.

Brekkie: Shreddies (HEB), apple, yogurt (3.5 syns) skimmed milk (HEA)
Snack: 3 mini Babybel light
Lunch: Cooked chicken & salad + dressing for 1 syn
Snack: 2 clementines
Dinner: grilled lambs liver & lean bacon, swede mash, frozen peas (HEB), carrots, onion gravy (homemade, 4 syns)

Ex: 1.5 hour walk, yay! lovely sunny day here in Herts AND my day off

Just saw this comment on the SW site and thought I'd give it a go-

'Just made this most divine, cheap, quick and easy pasta: Cook a chopped leek and mushrooms in some chicken Bovril. Mix with cooked pasta, then stir in some very low fat natural fromage frais and season. To die for and it's Free on Green day!'

Mmm, thanks, sounds good, i've made a note of it. I'm always looking for new ideas - and cheap and quick sounds right up my street LOL
