right i have decided that i need to keep a food diary as i would like some pointers if people see me going wrong lol

Green Day

Breakfast
2 x weetabix with chopped banana and 150 mls of skimmed milk ( hexb +hexa)

Snack
Apple

Lunch
Left over mediterrean chicken from night before with pasta quorn chicken in it. loads of veg in it also (syn free )

Snack
Activa fat free yogurt (syn free)
1 scan bran (hexb)
bowl of pickled onions and beetroot and pickles

Dinner
SW roast potatoes with beans (syn free) wasnt very hungry tonight

Snack
Frozen yogurt low fat less that 2% fat (2 syns )
Alpen light bar (hexb)

Drinks

Sprite Zero x 3 cans :S
Water x 1 Glass

TOTAL SYNS (2)


i never know if what im eating is right or not lol

Full punnet of strawberries lol there was at least 25 lol :S

Alpen Light bar (hexb)


Dinner
Curry super noodles and Quorn chicken pieces (3 syns)

Drinks
Sprite Zero x 1 can
Water x 1 Glass
NAS Squash x 5 pints


WEIGH IN DAY - LOST 2.5lbs

Excercise - 7 Mile power walk - 1hour 15 mins

yesterday i was super busy and didnt get time to make to much food so I just ate what was there that was an extra easy day

I would usually eat alot more than that but just forgot lol

I had planned on eating again when i came back home from my power walk / jog but i was just to tired to even make anything

back on track today :D

Iceland chicken fillets in gravy

2 tea spoons of ice cream (1)

Sprite Zero x 2 glasses
Water x 1 Glass
NAS Squash x 2 pints
Iron Bru ( diet ) x 1



Excercise - 2 miles powerwalk (15 mins )

hey honey - love reading a new diary, you look like you are doing REALLY well - all i can comment is that you should have at least 5 syns a day, if you are struggling try using oil in your cooking or using full fat cheese for example....
